The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the maintenance and updates of the applicant tracking system, updating and creating SOPs (standard operating procedures) for recruitment practices and processes, and opening service requests if the ATS is not functioning properly. This position also oversees the internal transfer and promotions process by working collaboratively with department managers and Team Member Relations to ensure successful transfers and promotions. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager oversees the candidate target strategies, and creative sourcing strategies. The primary functions include staffing, recruitment, and the overall employment process. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing all recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
